Foreman (Production line operator/quality controller)
Galster sp. z o. o. from the agri-food industry specializing in international trade is looking for a person for the position of foreman.
Your responsibilities:
- Ongoing control and coordination of the work of the production team,
- Direct supervision of the team’s work and the production process,
- Ensuring high quality and efficiency of production,
- Implementation of production goals and plans,
- Supervision of the quality of the final product,
- Coordination of the order fulfillment process,
- Maintaining documentation of implemented production plans,
- Ensuring and monitoring work safety at production stations and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations,
- Maintaining the technical condition of machines and devices.
Our expectations:
- Experience in working in the production area min. 1 year,
- Forklift license preferred,
- Ability to work in a team,
- Excellent organization of own and team work,
- Ability to work in a dynamically changing environment,
- Ability to work under time pressure,
- Ability to solve problems,
- Analytical thinking skills.
Stationary work in the Sicienko commune.
